INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING

Individual Telehealth therapy sessions:. 50-53 minutes
$160
Our relationship is collaborative. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all method to counseling; I blend different therapy approaches to our work. I will not view you through a single framework or diagnosis. You’ll notice our sessions don’t always look like what you might expect from traditional therapy. I might ask you to do a Values Card Sort to see what guides your choices or to pull a tarot card to spark a new perspective. I might ask about your top three and your birth chart. I’ll want to hear about the book you can’t put down right now, the song that you’re currently playing on repeat, or the movie that has been living in your head rent-free since you saw it. I’ll ask what brings you joy and what your restorative practices are so I can hold you accountable to engaging in them. I might ask you to get up and dance or move your body during the session, and I’ll encourage you to go on walks in nature.
Humor has a real place in our sessions. Life is heavy, and sometimes the best way to hold something difficult is to laugh at it together. I’ll challenge you when it’s needed because growth and change often come from relationships. I’ll always meet what you share with compassion and zero judgment. Nothing you bring into our space is too much, too strange, or too small.
I’m genuinely curious about the stories and relationships that shape you. If you’re looking for a space where you can be your whole self – creative, complicated, funny, uncertain – you’re in the right place. This is a space to show up exactly as you are in that moment.
Let’s figure it out together.
ART THERAPY
Art making is an act of resistance. In a world that often tells us to be productive, efficient, and quiet, creating something can be a way to say: I am here, and I have something to say. Art is a way to communicate without the pressure of finding the right words. Sometimes our feelings are too big, too tangled, or too new to understand fully. Whether we use art as an adjunct to your talk therapy or weave both approaches together in our sessions, the creative process becomes another voice in the room – one that doesn’t need to be perfect or articulate.
You don’t need any prior experience with art to benefit from art therapy – it is a space for everyone, not just people who already identify as an artist.
If you are an artist who feels stuck in your own practice, art therapy can help you discover new approaches to your work while deepening your relationship with yourself. We will explore what’s blocking you, what is calling to you, and what your creative practice might be trying to tell you.
Artmaking can feel liberating; it can be a vehicle for healing, a way to challenge your inner critic, to do the shadow work that talk alone sometimes can’t reach, to journal with images as well as words. Creating deepens our connection to ourselves and the world around us.
You don’t have to know what you’re doing. You just have to be willing to start.
